An easy solution to a common problem
The exterior seals on these pipes often fail allowing rainwater to enter your basement. Every basement has a large sewer pipe, and a small water pipe that enter through your foundation. These can create anything from a dampness to a small flood after a heavy rain.
A polyurethane resin is injected into the cavity through an injection port, sealing the entire area with a flexible waterproof foam. As an extra measure, the pipe is then sealed to the concrete with additional polyurethane.
