Poured Concrete Repairs

The most common foundation issue

How do we do it?

This is a very common complaint among our clients. After a storm, many people spend hours trying to remove water from their basements that originated from a foundation crack. Some have tried big box store fixes to no avail. Our services uses state-of-the-art polyurethane resins that are injected into the crack, creating a waterproof seal keeping your basement dry.

Due to advances in the chemistry of the resins, we can reliably inject the crack through surface ports placed on top of the crack in multiple locations. This resin expands inside the crack and bonds to the interior creating a flexible, waterproof seal. Our "belt and suspenders" approach removes the injection ports and covers the repaired crack in another flexible polyurethane creating two waterproof barriers.
